Our client is working to become a trusted resource for clinicians, payors, policy makers, community representatives and the broader scientific community in rare/orphan and specialty diseases. They are looking for an authentic and experienced Area Sales Director (second line leader) for the Midwest Area. They will be a key member of the Commercial organization and will serve on the US Sales Leadership Team. This role will collaborate closely with internal partners to hire, train, and develop the most respected and high performing Sales and Sales Leadership Team in the industry. He/she will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy for the Midwest Area of the US, as a derivative of the national strategy, and leading sales execution in that area to ensure US success and overall market growth.
